Training
Dom's Training Plan
Push, pull, legs. Sets, reps, and how to actually do the movement without hurting yourself.
Barbell Bench Press
Lie on the bench with feet flat on the floor, grip just outside shoulder width. Lower the bar to your mid-chest under control, then press back up without flaring your elbows too wide. Keep your shoulder blades pinned back the whole set.
Overhead Dumbbell Press
Stand or sit with a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height, palms facing forward. Press straight overhead until your arms are fully extended, then lower back down with control.
Incline Dumbbell Press
Set the bench to a 30–45° incline. Press the dumbbells up and slightly inward until they're nearly touching at the top, then lower slowly back to chest level.
Cable Tricep Pushdown
Grip the rope or bar attachment with elbows pinned to your sides. Extend your arms fully down, squeeze at the bottom, then control the return — don't let the weight yank your arms back up.
Lateral Raises
Hold light dumbbells at your sides with a slight bend in the elbow. Raise them out to shoulder height, lead with your elbows, then lower slowly. No swinging or momentum.
Deadlift
Feet hip-width apart, bar over your mid-foot, grip just outside your legs. Chest up, flat back, drive through your heels and stand tall — keep the bar close to your body the whole way up.
Pull-Ups
Hang from the bar with hands just outside shoulder width. Pull your chest toward the bar, lower under control. Use a resistance band for assistance if you need it — no shame in it.
Barbell Row
Hinge at the hips with a flat back, torso close to parallel with the floor. Pull the bar to your lower ribs, squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top, then lower with control.
Lat Pulldown
Grip the bar wide, lean back slightly, and pull it down to your upper chest. Squeeze your lats at the bottom before controlling the weight back up.
Barbell Curl
Stand tall with elbows pinned to your sides. Curl the bar up without swinging your back or shoulders, squeeze at the top, then lower slowly.
Barbell Back Squat
Bar across your upper back, feet shoulder-width apart. Sit back and down until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor, then drive through your heels to stand back up.
Romanian Deadlift
Hold the bar at hip level with a slight bend in your knees. Push your hips back and lower the bar along your legs until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings, then drive your hips forward to stand.
Walking Lunges
Step forward into a lunge until both knees are at roughly 90°. Push off your front foot to step directly into the next lunge. Keep your torso upright the whole time.
Leg Press
Feet shoulder-width apart on the platform. Lower the weight until your knees reach about 90°, then press back up without locking your knees out hard at the top.
Standing Calf Raise
Stand on the edge of a step or machine platform. Rise onto your toes as high as you can, then lower your heels below the step for a full stretch at the bottom.

STOP MAKING EXCUSES.
START WATCHING MINE.
A completely unqualified training philosophy, applied to a life that mostly involves bad decisions, feral hobbies, and things I will absolutely deny in front of my mother. This is the stuff the algorithm won't let me post.
About The Guy In Charge
Trained by someone who has never trained anyone.
Domination Athletics isn't a brand, a business, or anything resembling a coherent plan. It's just the name that stuck after a joke went too far. Every dispatch here is built on real, deeply unqualified experience — the same chaos that's gotten me into most of the situations you're about to read about.
No fluff, no fitness advice. Just a guy, a camera roll full of evidence, and a group of friends who refuse to let anything go.

No schedule, no consistency, no promises. Just an email whenever I do something worth writing down. Which, statistically, is often.
FAQ
Questions, answered (sort of).
Is this a cult?
No. A cult has organization and a clear leadership structure. This has neither.
Is any of this real?
Yes, unfortunately. Receipts available upon request, and sometimes without request.
Can I unsubscribe?
Technically yes. Spiritually, you're already in too deep.
